Cancellation and No Show Fees

We encourage you to schedule your next appointment with us as soon as possible so we can best accommodate your needs. Please note that cancellations made within two business days of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee. If you have any questions about when you should cancel to avoid a fee, please contact our office and we’d be happy to let you know.

A $25 fee is charged if the cancellation is received before 12 noon on the business day prior to your appointment.

A $50 fee is charged if the cancellation is received after 12 noon on the business day prior to your appointment or if the appointment is unattended.

These fees apply regardless of the cause of the cancellation or no show.

We recognize that sometimes life circumstances get in the way of the best of intentions, that’s why we discount the actual cost of the appointment time going unutilized.
