A credit card authorization or deposit reserves the appointment.

Provide at least two business days’ notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a fee.

We offer courtesy appointment reminders

We offer automated appointment reminders by both email and text. Please keep your contact information with us current if you’d like to receive these.

You can use your dental insurance as a method of payment

You are responsible for the fees not covered by your insurance and allow Smile Dentistry to communicate with your insurance provider to facilitate payment.

Your account will be cleared by the authorized credit card and a paid statement will be emailed.

Receive personalized communication

To enable us to provide you with additional take-home resources, you authorize Smile Dentistry to email you information pertaining to your dental health and treatment.
